Need the following images:
One killer exterior
One killer specialty plate
One shot of a particularly cool area in the pub
One shot of people enjoying a meal or drink there
This is the kind of assignment you would get as a freelancer in a town with a couple of local magazines. Usually the shoots are arranged because the restaurant has agreed to a six month ad buy, so the magazine runs an editorial “feature” on them as a bonus for the contract.
They are usually not big, elaborate shoots and you should maximize your time, while minimizing the hassle to the restaurant/pub.
While looking for someone to shoot, be informally professional and give them four pics for their social media stuff… just make them killer pics.

This is optional assignment for anyone who is not engaged in working on a project of their own. That work comes first.
