   “Be something very specific: do it well” That’s what being professional is. Hmm. But commercial is a big world. I think in a city like New York this might apply. But I couldn’t make a living doing this in a small town. Plus, I don’t want to shoot one thing all the time.
   The points about style, though, really resonated. Although, I think he’s confused a ‘style’ with a ‘look’, in some cases.
   Food styling is essential: know how to craft the plate.
   Tell a story with the picture and touch emotions.
