GROUP MENTORSHIP REGISTRATION: FOR PROJECT 52 ALUMNI ONLY

ANNOUNCING OPENINGS FOR THE MENTORSHIP GROUP.

You are alumni of one of the most exclusive training groups in the world. I keep it small and personal, and I get to know every student as well as I can.

As many of you know, I also do one-on-one mentoring. And I love that.

Two years ago I decided to try a group mentorship idea and it has turned out great. I charged for a year, but as we got closer to the end I was not sure what the “end” would even look like.

So I decided to make it a forever group.

That’s right. If you get into the group mentorship with your alumni status, you are in for life.

We have a ton of information on the site including:
  • Cold call texts
  • Brochures for explaining the value of photography (download and customize)
  • Promotional ideas
  • Business strategies
  • Portfolio reviews
  • Social media strategies
  • Bidding exercises
  • Support for answering RFP’s
  • Peer support for motivation
  • Access to all Project 52 Assignment roster and extras
  • … and a hell of a lot more
We meet three times a week to allow for different time zones, so you will never miss a meeting time.
Now is your time to become a member. And remember, as an Alumni, you are in for life.

This is as close to a one-on-one mentorship as one can get. The groups are small, focused, and moving forward.

You can come into the group and out again forever… that makes it a no-brainer. Heh.
REGISTRATION HERE:
ALL PROJECT 52 ALUMNI ARE WELCOME.
(PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN AN ACTIVE P52 GROUP.)

LIGHTING CLASS MODULES: APRIL 2020

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT INFO

Assignments are posted on Saturday mornings, usually by Noon, Pacific. You have two weeks to create the image and submit it on the upload form. PLEASE CHECK the date of the assignment so you will know if you have enough time to do the current assignment, or go to the next assignment listed below that makes more sense for your time frame.

I look forward to seeing what you do with these real-world assignments.

Tips:

  • Allow enough time to do the assignment correctly.
  • If you are having some creative challenges, ask for help on the FB community.
  • Search Google for examples of what you are trying to do.
  • Sketch with pen and paper, or camera to find your image.
  • Gather all of your props and styling tools before you begin the shoot.
  • If possible, make sure you can leave your set up until after you have received some feedback from the Facebook group, or you know you got the shot.
  • Sketch/photograph and measure your set – you must remember to do a behind the scenes shot (BTS) so you can upload it with your image. BTS shots are a big part of the success we have at P52.
